Team
A real estate development company founded by Paul Schneier, an experienced homebuilding professional having served as Division President for two top ten public homebuilding companies for over ten years, Pulte Group Inc. and Beazer Homes USA Inc., each with territories covering New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware.
Mr. Schneier has also served as Vice President of Operations for Pinnacle Communities, a New Jersey based real estate development company focused on building communities, custom homes and urban in-fill developments.
In addition, Schneier worked for K. Hovnanian Homes in various roles including Legal Counsel, V.P. of Operations for K. Hovnanian Investment Properties and Community Builder overseeing the development and construction of various communities.
Schneier is admitted to the bar of the state of New Jersey, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey and has an MBA degree from Rutgers University.
